Phase 3 Engineering Agreement Approved for 155 Fingston Road Project

The board approved an agreement for Phase 3 engineering services for the 155 Fingston Road project. Gaywalt Hamilton Associates and TSC will provide oversight for accessory structure construction, pavement resurfacing, curb and gutter work, and minor utility adjustments, including a crosswalk connecting to Brickyard Park. The cost is not to exceed $41,100, which is less than the 135 Fingston project due to reusing an existing building rather than new construction.

Village Approves Master Traffic Signal Agreement with Lake County

The board approved a master traffic signal agreement with Lake County. This change streamlines the billing process for intersections where property ownership has changed, such as the intersection of Saunders and Takeda/Amgen Way.
