Screening Underway for Meadow Brook Assistant Director; Summer Programming Set to Launch

Student services are screening candidates for the assistant director position at Meadow Brook in anticipation of Megan Dames' move to Greenbryer. Additionally, approximately 80 seniors will participate in the annual grad walk at elementary schools and MBJH.

The school board recognized independent science research students and teachers who won 20 gold awards at the Illinois Junior Academy of Sciences State Fair. Several students also received the Thermo Fisher Award, recognizing the top 10% of state fair competitors, making them eligible for national-level competition. The board acknowledged the hard work of the students, their sponsors (Amber Paul, Rachel McCracken, Sarah Dealia), and parent chaperones and judges. Dr. Meek, the principal, highlighted the months of effort students put into their projects, emphasizing its value for their academic careers.
