Mount Prospect Amends Liquor Code, Removes Video Gaming Waiting Period for Restaurants, Adds Wineries
The village board considered and approved an ordinance amending Chapter 13 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, pertaining to alcoholic liquors. The ordinance removes the one-year waiting requirement for new restaurant liquor license holders to apply for video gaming, and it adds wineries to the list of permissible craft beverage licenses (alongside breweries and distilleries).
