Planning Commission Recommends Denial of Zoning Text Amendment for Off-Site Signage
The Planning Commission voted to approve a resolution recommending that the City Council deny a proposed zoning text amendment that would have allowed off-site signage in conjunction with development agreements for housing projects offering additional affordable housing or for properties with existing long-standing entertainment venues on select commercial corridors. The resolution, No. 261643, memorializes the Commission's May 7th, 2026 vote. The vote was five ayes and one no, with one abstention.
Planning Commission Approves 22-Unit Multifamily Development at 8760 Shoreham Drive
