Norwalk Boulevard Pedestrian Safety Project Completed, HAWK Signal Installed
The City Council accepted the completion of the Norwalk Boulevard Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project and authorized the filing of a notice of completion. The project, funded by a $350,000 grant from Caltrans' Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP), involved installing a High-intensity Activated crossWalK (HAWK) signal at Norwalk Boulevard and 216th Street.
