Resident Raises Concerns Over Cable Company Practices and Data Center Moratorium Transparency

The city manager also noted that the city likely lacks the land for data centers. The resident also questioned if zoning or other approvals are handled within the sidelot program, and was informed that lot combination involves zoning but not a planning commission meeting, requiring work with city staff and a final survey.
