Aqua Park Tree Replacement Discussed; Solar Project Proposed for Park Funding
Bob Donan inquired about six dead trees at the Aqua Park, and was informed by management that the contractor had been notified and would replace them in the fall under a one-year guarantee. Donan suggested the township consider using 'gator bags' for watering young trees, referencing past strict watering and care standards. He also proposed using some of the $319,000 in drilling impact fees for 2025 to fund a solar project for the Aqua Park, noting the ideal southern-facing slope behind the building. He learned that the township currently has no solar panels on its properties.
