The withdrawal is subject to provisions preventing the same amendment from being considered again for 12 months, unless ordered by a court or supported by an affidavit showing a substantial change in circumstances.
Town Council Approves July Bills and Payment of Funds for Two Fiscal Years
The council approved payment of bills for July 20th, 2026. Two separate motions were made and approved: one for the 2025-2026 fiscal year in the amount of $663,439.52, and another for the 2026-2027 fiscal year in the amount of $3,262,768.51. Discussions included questions about the Prism Street lights cost and the budget for upcoming fiscal years.
