Zoning Code Audit to be Discussed in Committee Meeting
Resolution 2026-50 was assigned to the environmental control committee. Councilman Amari scheduled a meeting for Tuesday, June 9th, from 7:05 PM to 7:25 PM to discuss the zoning code audit. The Mayor, Economic Development Director, and other designees were requested to attend.
Council Approves Suspension of Rules for Appropriations Transfer Ordinance 2026-40
Ordinance 2026-40, concerning an appropriations transfer, was requested for suspension of the rules to allow funds to be moved for ongoing projects. The Finance Director had previously presented the ordinance in committee. The suspension was granted by council.
Resolutions 2026-49 and 51 Assigned to Streets and Transportation Committee
Resolutions 2026-49 and 51 were assigned to the streets and scheduling committee. Councilman Shimsky scheduled a streets and transportation committee meeting for the following Tuesday to discuss these resolutions and any other items the mayor deems necessary.
