City Council Approves Rezoning for Coffee Shop on South 7th Street

He concluded by mentioning ongoing harassment and alleged poisoning with radiation, and a false detention for drugs.
City Council Approves Tax Abatement for TechSpan Concrete Structures' New Warehouse Project
The City Council approved Resolution 2026-15, which designates a certain real estate as an economic revitalization area and approves a property tax abatement for X-Band Concrete Structures, LLC. The company is requesting a tax abatement on a $2.6 million real estate investment for a new warehouse. The tenant, Road Safety Systems, will create 30 jobs with an average wage of $34 per hour. The economic revitalization area is for 10 years, with a seven-year real estate tax abatement request. The Redevelopment Commission recommended approval.
