Homewood Planning Commission Approves Lot Line Adjustment and Rezoning for Residential Property

The Planning Commission reviewed and approved a resvey request for 617 Warwick Road and 605 Windsor Drive, adjusting lot lines to reflect a recent property purchase. The commission also approved a rezoning request for 1832 25th Court South, initiated by the city, to change the zoning classification of the western portion of the lot from I2 to NPD to align with the rest of the property and surrounding residential uses. This rezoning aims to correct an oversight where a portion of a residential lot was previously zoned I2, inconsistent with its intended residential use and the adjacent Lee Community Center property.
