Farmington Planning Commission Approves Preliminary Plat for Discovery Gateway Subdivision

The Farmington City Planning Commission reviewed and approved the preliminary plat for the Discovery Gateway subdivision. The project, which will consist of 163 townhome units on approximately 15 acres, had previously received approval for its development agreement and schematic plan from the city council. The commission's approval was contingent on the applicant, TriPoint Homes, fulfilling seven updated conditions, which were discussed and agreed upon by the applicant's representative, Colton Cronister. These conditions ensure that all technical requirements and comments from the Development Review Committee (DRC) are addressed prior to construction and final plat approval for each phase of the development, to the extent applicable.
