Centerville RDA Approves Corporate Park Association Budget and Appoints Representative

The Centerville Redevelopment Agency (RDA) approved the proposed budget and special assessments for the Centerville Corporate Park Owners Association for fiscal year 2026. Marketplace 24, LLC, as the manager of the association, presented the budget which includes operating costs, administrative fees, a management fee, and a capital improvement budget to build reserves. A special assessment of $111,950 was requested to reimburse Marketplace 24 for a parking lot improvement made in the prior year. The RDA also voted to appoint Mayor Wilkinson as their representative (lot three owner) to the Owners Association Board of Trustees. Marketplace 24 agreed to work with Center Point Theater to allow for payment of the special assessment over time.
