Historic Design Review Board Approves Multiple Property Improvement Projects

The Historic Design Review Board reviewed and approved several items related to property improvements. These included the replacement of gutters, fascia, and roofing at 794 Washington Street; the replacement of siding and porch floor repairs at 5772 South Street; the replacement of a roof at 5440 South Street; and the installation of signage and a weather vane at 678 Grand Street. Additionally, the board approved the installation of a four-foot-tall fence at 5231 South Street. All approvals were made with unanimous consent after brief discussions and presentations by the property owners or their representatives.
