Trustee Palmer congratulated the Chavez family on the dedication of the baseball field to Joe Chavez Sr., remembering him as an umpire who officiated his children's games and describing him as a conscientious and great guy. New Multi-Tenant Retail Building Approved for Rose Plaza Subdivision
The Village Board approved a final development plan for a multi-tenant retail building on lots one and two of the Rose Plaza subdivision, located at the northwest corner of Weber Road and Renwick Road. The development includes an 11,254 square foot building designed to accommodate up to seven tenants, with access via an internal connector road and cross-access with the adjacent property. It features 82 parking spaces, a drive-through, outdoor dining space, full masonry construction with brick and stone facades facing Weber Road, and comprehensive landscaping. The Development Review Committee and Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval.
