Prosper Planning and Zoning Commission Approves Mixed-Use Development with Tennis Center Anchor

The Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing for a rezoning request from agricultural to a planned development for an event center, hotel, office, restaurant, retail, and tennis club. The proposal encompasses 54.2 acres located on the south side of Parvin Road and 930 feet east of FM 1385. Staff recommended approval with conditions, including the addition of evergreen trees in the living screen and moving the stucco requirement to a maximum of 20%. The Commission approved the rezoning with these conditions.
