Peekskill Approves Street Closure for World Cup Street Fair and Watch Party
A street closure is approved for a public street fair to commemorate the 2026 World Cup final match. The event, organized by the Recreation Department, will take place on Sunday, July 19th, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the 1,000 block of Brown Street, between South Division Street and Bank Street. This is separate from the street closure, which will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to accommodate setup and cleanup.
