City Council Discusses Litigation and Labor Negotiations in Closed Session

The city council convened for a special meeting, where they intended to discuss several items in closed session. These included potential litigation against the city, potential litigation the city might initiate, six pending litigation matters, a public employee discipline matter, and labor negotiations. Following the closed session, the council reconvened. They reported that discussions were held regarding items labeled C (Ibanas, McDaniel, Montlair, Ontario, Montlair, Grisbach, and Young) and E (labor negotiations). However, items A, B, and D were not discussed.
