Lifeguards Honored for Heroic Actions; Council Enters Closed Session

Vincent Tricarelli and Mike Walker were presented with certificates of appreciation for their actions as lifeguards. Tricarelli is recognized for his quick reaction in saving a person's life, and Walker for his extensive experience and training of lifeguards. Tricarelli and his teammates also won the Bergen Invitational County Tournament for Beckton. The council then moved into a closed session to discuss co-litigation and PBA negotiations.
