Farmington Approves Vibe Credit Union and Mixed-Use Development Site Plans

The Farmington Planning Commission reviewed and approved a special land use permit for Vibe Credit Union to operate a bank with a drive-through facility at 31806 Grand River Avenue. The commission also approved the site plan for the project, with conditions related to traffic flow, the removal of the dumpster enclosure, and final administrative approvals. Separately, the commission reviewed and approved the site plan for a four-story mixed-use development at 33224 Grand River Avenue, known as 'The Farmington', with conditions including waivers for building height and parking, and requiring approval from the DDA Design Committee.
