City Council Considers Annexation of 16.87 Acres for New Manufacturing Facility
The City Council reviewed a public hearing for the annexation of a 16.87-acre parcel located at the southeast corner of Appleby Road and the Union Pacific Railroad. The property's current zoning is Light Industrial Zoning District IND2 within Maricopa County. Upon annexation, the initial city zoning will be Planned Industrial District I-1.
