Town Council Approves Sale of 275th Celebration Banners

Planning Board Reviews Wetland Subdivision, Approves Workforce Housing Apartments
The Planning Board reviewed a proposed 15-lot subdivision off Wallace Road near a wetland area. This was the second discussion on the matter, and numerous issues remain unresolved, including environmental concerns (wetlands, fish and game), road work, lot sizes, and pitches. The board also discussed an apartment building on Sunset Lane, which was approved as it fits the commercial area and offers workforce housing (35 units, 85% workforce rate).
