Quail Ridge Golf Course Management Agreement Amended and Assigned
The board of mayor and aldermen approved Resolution 28-26, which approves the assignment of the Quail Ridge Golf Course Management Agreement dated February 10th, 2026, and authorizes its amendment and restatement to reflect the assignment. The purpose is to differentiate and separate the Bartlett Golf Course operation from another golf facility in Mississippi under the same name, without changing responsibilities, fee structure, or parties responsible for the contract.
