Northeast Precast submitted an amended major site plan for a 241,000+ square foot industrial building and a four-story parking garage on Lincoln Avenue. The project is separate from the Data One data center. The city engineer clarified this distinction. The applicant may apply for UEZ funding, which would require a city council agenda item.
