Tax Abatement Authorized for New Office and Warehouse Development
Ordinance 13 was introduced to authorize the execution of a tax abatement agreement with All Zone Holdings LLC for a property located at 6418 Black Horse Pike (Block 1303, Lot 49), Phase 1. The agreement includes a five-year exemption and abatement for a new office and warehouse building. A public hearing is scheduled for June 17, 2026.
