The city expects significant revenue from this service, with a soft launch goal of $600,000 for the fiscal year, potentially reaching $2.2 to $2.6 million annually once the off-site station is operational. The current wastewater facility's capacity is sufficient to handle the increased load.
City Council Approves Property Tax Millage Rates for 2026
The city council held a public hearing and voted on Ordinance 3926, which sets the property tax millage rates for tax year 2026. The rates are the same as the previous year. The total budget revenue, including all millages (General Alamonu, Street Maintenance, and Fire Maintenance), is $3,550,000.
