Maddie Landrau Appointed to Springfield Water and Sewer Commission

The Springfield City Council subcommittee held a meeting to consider the appointment of Maddie Landrau to the Water and Sewer Commission. Landrau stated her intention to first understand the reasons for the increases and to serve as a vehicle for educating the community.
