New Kinetic Wind Sculpture Proposed to Replace Previous Installation

The city is considering the installation of a new wind kinetic sculpture, a three-element piece designed to move with the wind. This sculpture, named Skybound, previously occupied a site for 15 years before being purchased by the Cincinnati Art Museum. The artist intends to replace it with a piece of similar grandeur and size, as promised to Pyramid.
