McCart Avenue and West Creek Drive Intersection Improvement Project to Enhance Safety and Capacity

The McCart Avenue and West Creek Drive intersection improvement project aims to increase capacity and enhance safety by adding eastbound and westbound turn lanes, narrowing the existing median, and upgrading traffic signals, signage, striping, and ADA-compliant ramps. The project will also involve minor storm drain adjustments. Construction is slated to begin in July, with an estimated completion around April 2027, spanning 270 calendar days. Standard working hours will be 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend hours approved under certain circumstances. Project signs will be posted seven days prior to construction, and door hangers will be distributed to nearby residents and businesses. The project is funded through the 2022 bond program.
