Outdoor Patio and Facade Improvements Approved for 20 West Main Street

The committee reviewed and approved plans for an outdoor patio space and facade enhancements at 20 West Main Street. The project includes a shipping container bar, a stage for live music, stamped concrete or aggregate dining areas, artificial turf play space, and a dumpster enclosure. Plans also incorporate a new mural on the alley-facing wall and various lighting fixtures. The main entrance was relocated to the right side of the building to optimize seating in the bar area. Signage and outdoor furniture were also discussed and approved.
