Planning Board Approves Special Permit for Paranormal Circus at Auburn Mall
The planning board opened and closed a public hearing for a special permit to allow a temporary commercial activity, a circus, at the Auburn Mall. The applicant, Mr. Landon, represented Paranormal Circus, which is scheduled to operate from July 24th to July 27th. The board discussed attendance estimates, tent capacity, security measures, police and EMS presence, and the need for a building permit and board of health approval. The board ultimately voted to approve the permit with the conditions that the applicant obtain approval from the board of health and a building permit.
