The Town Board considered and approved various resolutions including a sole source purchase of Roto Chopper grinder repair parts, an agreement with Ocean First Bank NA as the official depository, ratification of a SAG agreement to amend the salary of the Deputy Town Clerk 3, highway department agreements with school districts and villages for road maintenance, snow removal, and material supply through May 31, 2027, a master service agreement with CSC Holdings LLC for voice, internet, and data services, an agreement with Dream Event Planning for event services on July 3rd, 2026, and authorization for the supervisor to execute an assignment of an agreement for contract bid 23072 with National Waste Services to National Environmental Waste. Additionally, personnel matters A through F were approved.
