Three Development Agreement Amendments Postponed to Accommodate Owner Presence

Items five, six, and seven, which involve second amendments to Chapter 380 agreements for property owners Ji Wong Jong and Bill Block, Inc., were postponed to the June 17th meeting. The owners requested the postponement to be present in person to discuss the extensions of time needed to accommodate unforeseen construction delays. The agreements relate to properties at 101 West Boy Street, 104 West Boy Street, and 108 West Boy Street, and 107 West Boy Street, respectively.

Grant Butler and Sarai Navaro Appointed to Community Impact Fee Advisory Committee

The City Council appointed members to the Community Impact Fee Advisory Committee. The appointed members are Grant Butler and Sarai Navaro. The motion to appoint these individuals was made by Councilwoman Wallace and seconded by Councilwoman Mesco. The appointments were approved by a vote of 5-0.

The business owner, Gloria, was unable to attend the ceremony.

Community Members Thank City Officials for Successful Cleanup Event
