CIC Reports Lower Grant Totals for the Year; Central Region Leads in Grant Funding

The board was informed that the grant reporting is now done through new software with higher reporting capabilities. Sycamore Township Declares Three Properties as Nuisances; Authorizes Demolition of Unsafe Structure

The board considered a resolution declaring three properties as nuisances: 12116 2nd Avenue, 7301 and 7311 Garden Road, and 12185 Snyder Road. The resolution authorizes the zoning administrator to initiate compliance actions. Subsequently, a motion was made to proceed with the demolition of one of these properties, identified as an unsafe structure where deadlines were not met and safety is a concern. The motion was seconded and approved.
