New Businesses and Retail Developments Announced Across Town
Several new businesses and developments are noted. Billy Bricks and Mooji's are officially coming to town. A new record store called Needle and Groove will open next to Pam's boutique and co-force, aiming to test market demand. Bay 54 is expected to open this month (June). The Shodine building has a very interested party nearing a deal. Downtown is showing momentum with the potential for a new establishment in the Shodine building. The Dairy Barn has garnered interest. A car wash is planned behind the gas station on Orchard Road. Harrison Square has committed tenants, including Terminator Fitness, and is in discussions with restaurant users. Trader Joe's is on target to open this year, aiming for a fall opening. A new 10,000 square foot retail space is planned for the outlot at the Trader Joe's development.
