For Plan Number One (Jenset), contracts are executed, a pre-construction meeting held, and generator submittals are pending approval, with an estimated 28-week delivery time, after which the notice to proceed will be issued. For streets and transportation, final walkthroughs for East Wall and Brierfield have occurred, with the contractor addressing punch list items; verification is expected later this week. Minute Pier/New Acres project design and contract documents are being finalized, with a pending step to pothole an Atmas gas line to verify clearances. Sunset/Sunnydale/Redbud projects are finalizing design, and contracting documents are being prepared for advertisement and bids.
